Hallmarked Raimond, a Massachusetts maker active in the 1960s and 70s. Very good condition with crisp corners. Some velvet wear, which is not visible from front.

Cover has four intersecting linear bands that continue on box sides. Rectangular tablet applied to cover center. Box and cover interior cedar lined and partitioned. Hallmark includes pattern no. 21247X (first produced in 1928) and director’s letter m (1907-47). Very good condition.

Set of 8 Chinese export silver cordials, ca 1910. Each: Tapering bowl on knopped stem on raised foot mounted to round base. Scary, scaly dragon applied to bowl as well as an unidentified tentacular mass, suggestive of a firewater-induced hallucination. Two cordials unmarked. The remaining 6 are hallmarked with P set in star and number 900 (4 also marked with Chinese characters). Very good condition.
