Antique American Crystal Vanity Jar with a Sterling Silver Cover. The sterling Cover is decorated with a beautifully border of scroll work and roses and fits onto a ten sided crystal pot. Although it was originally used as a rouge jar, It's a perfect complement to any vanity and can hold a variety of earrings and rings. Made by Simons, Bro & Co. of Philadelphia Circa 1890. This whimsical cut glass and sterling silver mounted perfume was made by Bellinger and Co. of Birmingham in 1913. The perfume is fully hallmarked on the hinged lid. The cut glass body is of inverted pear shape and is designed with a beautifully cut swirl form band about the midsection, with cut hobnail motifs covering the remaining surface area.
