Depicts two figural cherubs reclining with one holding a basket of fruit. They are both picking from the fruit. Very well formed. Nice patina and condition. Hallmarked on the back with 800 and hallmarks for Germany Circa 1900. Set on a fixed stand. The menu would slide in from above the cherubs head. Length 2 1/8", height 2 1/4".

A large Austrian silver figural cherub menu holder. Depicts a winged cherub toasting with a wine cup in one hand and holding a basket in the other hand with a bottle of wine and fruit in the basket. The cherub is set on a flowing French rococco style base. Menu would slide into a slot on the left side of the cherubs head. On a hinged curled stand in the back. Fully hallmarked on the back with GESCHUTZT (Austrian) and 800. Very nice condition and patina. Height 3 1/2", length 3".
