This is the finest Dutch 19th century mustard pot we have had. Standing 6 inches tall, with finely cast ram’s head decorated legs culminating in hoof feet. Classical swag and ribbon decoration with a flame finial. Of very heavy gauge silver, weight is 10 troy ounces. Original cobalt glass insert. Fully hallmarked on cover, leg and upper rim as the Dutch separate the hallmarks all over their silver.
