This magnificent Edwardian English silver epergne is of a very unique style. It has a flower vase as its central focal point, raised on a shaped pierced oval dish for candy or fruit, with two detachable heart shaped dishes suspended on scroll form supports, all raised on a spreading shaped pedestal foot. The design motifs are typical of Edwardian decoration, but the whole epergne, even though of large stature, would be a welcomed addition to a table or sideboard in any style of décor. Height:...
