Sterling silver teapot. Made by Mauser in New York, ca 1890. Curved sides with c-scroll handle, hinged cover, s-scroll spot, and 4 scallop shell supports. Two scrolled frames (vacant) surrounded by dense floral repousse. Another frame (also vacant) with more flowers on spout. A sturdy addition to the tea table – perfect for a strong brew. Hallmarked.
