Oval stained-wood well with marquetry patera and 2 linear borders set in sterling silver frame with pierced geometric gallery sides and spread base. Tubular cutout end handles with flat crescent thumb rests. Underside felt lined. Turn-of-the-century Regency Revival for the old-fashioned hostess. Fully marked including no. 432. Very good condition.
