An Antique American gilded sterling silver picture frame engraved with an ornate scroll motif border. Made by Wm. B. Kerr, Newark, N.J., Circa 1900. Fully hallmarked, nice patina, excellent condition. Wm. B. Kerr was well known for making interesting tabletop and vanity items. The frame measures 8" X 6 1/4". (vertical).
