This is a lovely silver gilt pill box embellished with emerald, ruby, and diamond chips with small seed pearls. This shaped trapezoidal box has elegant Rococo curves. The sides are decorated with a lovely flower and scroll band against a stippled background. The hinged lid has sides with bands of zig-zag decoration and the top is decorated with a central eagle, whose body is studded with diamonds and wings studded with rubies. This is a lovely pair of German 800 silver table figures of an exquisitely rendered Knight and Queen. Each stands on a square openwork base with delicate floral designs. The Knight is grounded on a circular stand and is poised proudly in full costume with a shield at his right with an elaborate coat-of-arms, and a sword on his left hip.
