On rim engraved ornamental border heightened with enamel in green, red, and blue. A bold design that harkens back to the style of 19th-century English designer Augustus Welby Pugin. Fully marked including pattern no. 21218N (first produced in 1928) and director’s letter m (1907-47). Fine condition with intact color.
