All the decoration is 3D, very pushed out . The back decorated with bamboo shoots and leaves with 4 birds on different bamboo shoots. American Sterling Silver double stamp box. Rectangular in shape with an applied scroll edge and a hinged cover. Inside mounted with 2 sloped compartments for two different denominations of stamps. A ligh gilding inside. Hallmarked on front of box with sterling and the Wilcox Silver Mark for Sterling Silver. 2 1/4 by 1 ½ inches, Height 1 inch. Nice condition. Old script mono on the cover.

Unusual Cartier Ash Tray in the Form of a French wine taster but with a piece to rest the cigarette. Beautifully formed with reeded loop handle. Fully hallmarked on bottom with CARTIER, hallmark with the silver grade 950 in a cartouche and MADE IN FRANCE. Diameter 2 1/4 inches. 4 inches over handle and cigarette holder. Nice weight.
