The figural silver Eagle’s head is magnificent; the beak is beautifully formed and it is finely etched to depict the soft, layered feathering of the bird. And the garnet eyes add a nice touch. AUSTRIAN SILVER BOAR HEAD & IVORY CIGAR CUTTER BE620A classic Antique Austrian Silver Figural Boar’s Head and Ivory Cigar Cutter. The silver boar’s head is deeply etched to perfectly recreate the coarse, brittle fur of the boar. This is a prime example of the “hunt” style cigar cutter used by smokers during that time period. ENGLISH SILVER CIGAR CUTTER BOX, LONDON 1916 BD689This is truly a cigar aficionado’s delight! A sterling silver box with a cigar cutting mechanism on top and a small button that when pressed releases and reveals a box behind the match striker plaque below it. It was made in London by Cooke & Kelvey in 1916. It is fully hallmarked. Also, it was then retailed in Calcutta as is noted on the box. It is very condition. The box measures 4 in.
