An Antique Victorian Sterling Silver Mug decorated with a Persian influenced band at its’ base and a matte “butler” finish engraved with fauna, a butterfly and dragonflies. Engraved with the name “Alice” in script. Made by Gorham Mfg. Co., Providence, R.I., dated 1882. Fully Hallmarked with the Gorham stamps as well as the “O” date mark. Perfect Condition. Excellent Patina. 7 Troy Ounces. Height- 4 1/8 in. Width- 3 ¼ in.

Beautiful Victorian sterling silver mug fully hallmarked for Gorham made in the year 1889. Bottom half of the body decorated with a applied frieze of scrolled decoration with 2 putti. Handle is a fine cast decorated handle. 3 1/4 inches tall. Very heavy weight. Very heavy gauge silver in very nice condition. A great American design.

Fine large 1887 mug with excellent work around the body of the cup. Nicely worked handle, gilded interior. Fully hallmarked on the base with the Gorham hallmarks, Sterling, style number 4067 and the date mark we believe is for 1887. 3 3/8 inches to top of the handle. Nice patina.

This pristine canister form beaded and steel cut engraved child’s mug with gilded interior was made by Joseph and Edward Bradbury of Thos. Bradbury and Sons, London, 1869. This mug is in the late 19th/early 20th century Oriental style of decoration. The mug is chased, engraved and hand hammered with flowers on one side of its baluster shaped body. The double scroll handle is decorated with cast scrollwork. The mug was made by the International Silver Co. of Meriden, CT and is hallmarked as such, along with the style #C1134.
