The body pushed out with chased decoration depicting trees, a young boy placing a model boat in the water with a young girl standing next to him. Also has a dog and house. Repousse Sterling Silver Porringer 1903 BE928This porringer was made by the New York silversmiths, Howard and Company, in 1903. The rim of the body and pierced handle is beautifully decorated with an applied border of scrolls and foliate motifs. This porringer is so magnificently designed and executed, that it serves many purposes other than a baby’s porringer. It could be used for candies, nuts or bonbons, as well. Weight: 9 Troy Ounces. ENGLISH STERLING SILVER BABY SHOE CHESTER 1910 AX959An Antique English Sterling Silver Figural Baby Shoe given to commemorate the birth or Christening of a child. A perforated band across the toe of the shoe mimics the look of a child’s Oxford saddle shoe. The shoe is mounted on a wooden form as the “sole”.
