This is a beautiful 18 karat gold brooch in the Roman Revival style with a wonderful scarab stone. The brooch is based on the designs of the renowned Castellani firm and features a bar shaped box-formed base with circular forms on each end with delicate wirework frames and each embellished with a frog and has a gold pendant-style drop.
